"First time in this area and first time in is family style restaurant. AMAZING!!! We had a mixed marinated seafood appetizer with succulent pieces of octopus, mussels, and shrimps. Likely these are frozen but nevertheless, delicious. The second course was a porcini mushroom and sausage cream pasta - equally delicious. The pasta was not drowned in sauce. We also ordered a "normal" size pizza which is LARGE for North American standards. WOW! Fresh clams, tomatoes, mozzarella, baby shrimps, and asparagus on a think crust. Probably the BEST piazza I had in Italy for the past 20 years!!! I would definitely come back and no reservations of recommending this gem of a restaurant."

Se sei a Realmonte (zona scala dei Turchi) e vuoi un luogo sereno, tranquillo, dove circola un po’ d’aria e una pizza di antichi sapori e ben cotta a dovere in forno a legna, allora questo è il locale perfetto. "Un gran sitio. Cenamos riquísimo y bien de precio. Nos atendió una camarera joven muy eficiente. No había turistas. Tardan un poco en traer los platos, pero merece la pena. A quien le gusten los sitios familiares y auténticos sin duda que lo disfrutará. Se aparca fácil en la calle. Está algo apartado de la zona turística pero creo que hicimos bien en acercarnos hasta allí. Para repetir."

Also the wine I recomended, it was just local wine, but it was the first time in Sicily when I order just local wine and was really good. The service was not so good, they even didn't say us Buona Sera, it's make me disappointed. I give the 5 stars because of quality and price."
"Wirkt wie ein authentisches italienisches Familienrestaurant. Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker und relativ günstig, insbesondere der Teig ist genau richtig. In der Straße davor kann man parken. Da es nur eine Bedienung gab und vor uns eine sehr große Gruppe kam, mussten wir allerdings etwa eineinhalb Stunden warten bis unser Essen kam."
"Absolutely amazing. They received us (5 people) whereas they where full. They installed quickly a table for us. We asked for 4 pizze and 1 Milanese steack. Everything was good ; tasty; the pasta was incredibly good with the crunchy well floured and soft parts. Large selection of pizza with cool ingredients and also pasta, gnocchi and other. The service was great and waiters were super nice! All this for a good money ;) Everyone was very happy at the table!"
